A Balance Home is custom designed to our client’s budget and built for a fixed price.

We can design and build to an agreed cost because Paul Craig heads the design team as well as the build team. His solid understanding of building material costs, trade costs and a wide range of building techniques means there are no unpleasant surprises along the way.

Personalised Interior Design

Imagine sitting with our interior design consultant, creating the kitchen of your dreams. Floor plans and elevations will be drawn of all feature areas. Colours, textures and finishes will be discussed to help create a home that is uniquely yours.

Clients can select from the Balance Homes range of high end appliances, fitting and fixtures, but also have the flexibility to choose from any product from any reputable supplier.
