We can design and build to an agreed cost because Paul Craig heads the design team as well as the build team. His solid understanding of building material costs, trade costs and a wide range of building techniques means there are no unpleasant surprises along the way.

We believe in choice and flexibility and do not lock our clients into a fixed appliance or fittings package. So, if you love that tap, bath or oven, we are happy to build that into the construction quote without charging a variation fee.
In that way, no two Balance Homes are the same. But, for those who may like a helping hand with the many selections required for a new home, we also offer a standard range of high quality fittings and fixtures secured at generous trade discounts.
